Keep Dairy Strong is an effort by the International Dairy Foods Association to support dairy farmers and others in their efforts to find market-based alternatives to government-imposed milk production limits.  

Keep Dairy Strong supports the growth of a strong and vital dairy industry and the preservation of farmers' ability to choose their own production levels and growth. A healthy U.S. dairy industry means more jobs and expanded opportunities for dairy farmers, their communities, the entire dairy industry, and ultimately the U.S. economy as a whole. Dairy producers need tools to manage the risks associated with increasing feed and other farm management costs as other farmers and businesses do, not limits on their ability to run their farms the way they want.
